Sixty-one letters, postcards and telegrams to RBS from Bessie's brother Harry. Mixture of business with personal. Informs RBS of the stocks he buys and sells for him and interest gained. [letter #36] Mar 16, 1893 - Telegram: "Have announced engagement." [See 023.011.11(2) for more 1893 correspondence.] [#60] June 13, 1917. Grace fell and broke a blood vessel on her left leg. Harry wants RBS to send the wicker chaise he has so she can get more air than she can in her bedroom. [#61] July 18, 1917 Harry wants RBS to send to Mantoloking the two swings and green cushions that they used to have on the piazza at Rhinebeck. |
