Health is occasionally mentioned. [letter #2] Feb 5, 1903: "Doctor D'Espine has taken it into his head to have me radiographed, a photograph taken of my breathing apparatus. I wish to goodness he wouldn't bother about us so much." [#11] Sept. 26, 1903. "I am using my Kodak a good deal now. (It was awfully nice of you to give it to me.)" |
