Pocket diary, 3.5 x 2.5 in., has gilded edges and maroon leather cover with leather clasp. Calendar pages, one per month, at front of book contain the time of the sun's rising and setting, the moon's rising and setting and high water. The following pages are divided into three sections each, one per day, with space to write. RS has made financial notes on some days. Two pockets with silk lining on inside of book. 17 enclosures; including tickets, newspaper clippings, accounting. Pin cushion in rear pocket. |
