4 pages + envelope. Brooks Sem. Writes from school asking her mother to send a piece of music that she needs. Says she likes her roommate and has seen some other friendly girls. Has seen Nettie Wodell who was very friendly. Says she is advanced in arithmetic. Does not like the boarding school. Says it is too strict, that there is nothing to do in the evenings, is homesick and wishes her parents would come to Poughkeepsie so she could like with them there. Complains about breakfast but says dinners are good. Sends love. |
