Description |
Letter. 2 pages. New York. Letterhead of Offices of Francis T. Garrettson, Counsellor at Law, Buildings 26 and 28 Broad Street. After seeing the copy of the will and codicils he felt it his duty to examine them fully so that he could advise Thomas so that he would not make any mistakes and compromise himself. Has found that the wording of the will and the first codicil may not have expressed Rutsen's true intent and wished that Rutsen had consulted him about it before his death. Encloses a memorandum of opinion and advises Thomas to seek counsel. |
