3 pages + envelope. Middletown, Conn. Says he practices in the gym for an hour each day, rows 6 miles on the Connecticut River each afternoon with the Freshman Crew and that the Freshman baseball team beat the Sophomore one in a game last Saturday. He was initiated into the Alpha Delta-Phi society and Emory into the Eclectic on Friday. They are boarding at a Freshman club where board is $3.20 a week. Says that life at college is very different that at Claverack as there are no rules except for mandatory attendance at chapel and recitations. Hired a yacht with some friends from Claverack and had a fine sail. |
