Advises Thomas to seek counsel as to the advisability of his qualifying as executor before his brother's will is proved. There may be an issue of requiring sale of the real estate and, if an executor, you could probably not be a buyer of the real estate. Recommends William Mitchell, an old friend of Rutsen's, to consult. |
