11 pages. New York. First page front and backside detail the information that Thomas Suckley made application in surrogate court to have the last will and testament and codicils of Rutsen probated. Second page front and back is the typewritten last will and testament and codicils of Rutsen. Third page is from Dutchess Surrogate Court dated 1875/08/20 by Peter Dorland- Surrogate stating that Thomas and Julia Reid were sworn in open court as witnesses to the state of mind of Rutsen and they stated Rutsen wrote the codicil dated June 21, 1875. Fourth page is from Dutchess Surrogate Court dated 1875/08/20 by Peter Dorland-Surrogate stating that George Esselstyn and C. E. McCarty were sworn in court as witnesses to the Rutsen's codicil dated November 21, 1873. Fifth page is from Dutchess Surrogate Court dated 1875/08/20 by Peter Dorland-Surrogate stating that George Esselstyn and C. E. Mc Carty were sworn in court as witnesses to Rutsen's last will and testament dated November 25, 1871. 6th page is the reading and filing due proof of the service of the citation issued in the matter and due proof of the execution of the paper propounded as the last will and testament and codicils of Rutsen. 7th page is the sealed certificate by Peter Dorland , clerk to the Surrogate's Court. The back side of that page is the statement of recording in the register's office. Last page is the cover page entitled Exemplified Copy of the Will proofs of Rutsen Suckley. |
