4 pages + envelope. Brooks Sem. Stationery has an embossed "S" at the top. Tells her mother to use her own taste about the placement of the trimming on her wrapper as she will like whatever she chooses. Says she is nicely settled there. Tells of a pleasant visit with Julia Olmstead and that Bessie Ferris came to visit yesterday and will come again on Saturday. May Shurlock had a visit with her mother. Visiting Saturday is a week from this Saturday so she will see them again. These visits help pass the time and do not make her homesick. |
