1 page. Rhinebeck. Lawrence Labree, Esq. RS replies to Labree's letter of July 10. The fatal illness of a dear friend, plus a delay in his brother's arrival in New York to assist in communicating to Labree about the Doyle matter, caused RS' delay in responding. He agrees to the lease of the premises to Labree under the terms previously discussed, but cautions that no timber shall be removed from the property. RS encloses a notice to quit that RS asks Labree to serve on Dayle, and advises that he note date of service, enclose a memorandum, and make copies of everything delivered to Doyle. |
