2 pages. Rhinebeck. Reed is appreciative of how good RS, his father and mother have been to him and to his son Thomas. He does not want to be a burden so if RS has an opportunity to sell the place [where Reed lives] he should do so. Reed feels the effects of age and often forces himself to work. It grieves him to see RS's property wantonly destroyed by others. He will not hire anyone until he hears from RS. |
