Mr. Garrettson says that Mr. Joell Nott has been to see the farm and did not question the price of $25,000 for 450 acres. It would be good if Rutsen could be present when Nott brings his wife to see it. An anonymous person is interested in acreage on the river. Mr. Eskust's daughter Catharine is willing to live with Mary. Comments on the health of Uncle John [Sands], Aunt Grace and Aunt Christina. |
