3 pages + envelope. Middletown, Conn. Comments on the success of the fair, the bracing weather and the drought in Rhinebeck while there is much rain in Middletown. His society initiated 7 of the new class. The Wesleyan Ball Club defeated the Waverly club. Comments on Kitty's illness and suggests in detail that she should ride more and harder and over different courses. Says he would like to send some of his hair but had a haircut before her letter came. |
